- We do not store your data on our website or any server. Your privacy is secured.
- Please Note: If you clear your browser's data or local storage for this site, all your entered information in AirTool Logix will be permanently lost.
- Consider backing up critical information manually using the "Export Data" feature below.

Getting Started
Welcome to AirTool Logix! This guide will help you track and maintain your pneumatic tools efficiently.
Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of your tool maintenance status:
- Status Cards: View counts of overdue, due soon, and total tools
- Quick Actions: Add tools or log maintenance with one click
- Tool Status: Color-coded list showing urgent maintenance needs
Managing Tools
Adding a New Tool
- Click Add New Tool from the Dashboard or Tools page
- Complete all required fields (marked with *)
- Add maintenance schedules:
- Select from predefined tasks or create custom ones
- Set appropriate frequency
- Optionally record last maintenance date
Tool Status Indicators
- Red: Overdue maintenance
- Yellow: Due within 7 days
- Green: No urgent maintenance needed
Scheduled Maintenance
Viewing All Tasks
From the All Scheduled Tasks tab you can:
- Filter tasks by status (overdue, due soon, etc.)
- Quickly log completed tasks
- Print your maintenance schedule
Logging Maintenance
To record completed maintenance:
- Click Log Maintenance from Dashboard or specific task
- Select the tool and task performed
- Enter completion date and any notes
- Submit to update your records
Data Management
- Export: Download all your data as a JSON backup file
- Import: Restore from a previously saved backup
- Note: Data is stored in your browser's local storage
Pro Tips
- Check the Dashboard weekly for upcoming maintenance
- Export your data before clearing browser storage
- Use the print function to create shop-floor checklists
- Add photos of your tools for easy visual identification
